Registration is mandatory for at least one author of an accepted paper. Papers will be sent to Springer for publication only for registered authors. The deadline for registration is October 16th
Early registration deadline for virtual participation is October 30th.
Due to the severe limitations to international travel and the closures of airspace and ports of entry we have decided to postpone the conference until December 2-4, 2020.
