Peter Axel Nielsen, Professor,

Peter Axel Nielsen received the Ph.D. degree information systems from Lancaster University, UK. He is Professor of human-centred computing at Department of Computer Science at Aalborg University, Denmark.
Peter’s research is about systems development practice, development of object-oriented methodologies, agile development + UX, social and organizational aspects of systems development, influence processes in IS implementation, organisational culture in software companies, digital innovation, and digital transformation – and how it may be improved. The research approach is mostly action research including design research. The frameworks applied include: knowledge management, social network analysis, organisational influence processes, innovation processes, and digital infrastructure.
He has published widely in journals such as MIS Quarterly, Information Systems Journal, European Journal of Information Systems, Information & Software Technology, Empirical Software Engineering, Information Technology & People, and Interacting with Computers. He is the co-author of Object-Oriented Analysis & Design and Improving Software Organizations: From Principles to Practice.

Loek Vredenberg, Chief Technology Officer, IBM Norway
Loek Vredenberg is the CTO of IBM Norge and works with IBMs technologies across the different business units. Loek has long experience with technical leadership roles within IBM internationally and for deliveries of complex IT solutions.
Loek has in recent years focused his attention to artificial intelligence and IBMs cognitive technologies that go by the name of Watson as well as the cloud-based delivery platform. Loek is working in the area of cloud-based industry platforms as the delivery vehicle for digital transformation. Loek contributes to public debate around AI and gives lectures and key notes on this topic in many different settings.
